Supply of bread, bakery products and pastry products 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of bread, fresh bakery and pastry products to military garrisons located in Łask and Sieradz. 2. The Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 91(2) of the Public Procurement Law, has decided to refrain from dividing the contract into parts for the following technical-organisational and economic reasons: 2.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of bread, bakery and pastry products, which constitute a single category of products offered comprehensively by bakeries. Market participants operating in this sector (including micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) standardly have the full range of assortment covered by the contract. Combining these products in a single contract does not constitute a barrier to entry and does not restrict competition; rather, it reflects the natural structure of commercial supply. 3.
