Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft contractual provisions in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3.4. Each time, at the moment of delivery of a given batch of goods, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to verify, in the presence of the Contractor, whether the goods are defective and, in the event of doubts as to the compliance of a given batch of goods with the provisions of the SWZ, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods and to call upon the Contractor to deliver a given batch of goods within the originally agreed deadline.3.5. The subject of the contract must be permitted for trading in accordance with applicable regulations.3.6.
