TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of one brand-new excavator-loader intended for performing earthworks, roadworks and municipal works. The scope of the contract includes, in particular: - delivery of a complete excavator-loader together with the basic equipment and the required additional equipment specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, - provision of operating instructions and technical documentation in the Polish language, - provision of documents required for vehicle registration, - provision of a warranty card. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is set out in Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Terms of Procurement (SWZ) along with its appendices, the Contractor’s offer along with its appendices.
