TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Part 1: Delivery of teaching aids for vocational laboratories at the Pomeranian Medical Vocational School in Starogard Gdański. The contract includes outfitting for the dental laboratory, anatomy laboratory, hygienic and medical procedures laboratory, podiatry laboratory. 1.1. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix 3.1 to the SWZ, containing: Description of the subject of the contract. 1.2. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. The quality warranty period will be specified in accordance with the bid evaluation criterion. 1.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered subject of the contract be brand new, have no traces of use and not be the subject of rights of third parties. The delivered subject shall be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and permitted for placing on the market. In addition, no element and no component part thereof shall be refurbished, pre-owned/second-hand (display) or previously used by any other entity; it shall have the approvals and certificates required by the provisions on the basis of Polish law or EU law. 1.4.
