TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Task No. 1: Delivery of teaching aids for vocational workshops at the Pomeranian Medical Post-Secondary School in Starogard Gdański. The contract includes equipping the dental workshop, anatomy, hygienic and medical procedures workshop, podiatry workshop. 1.1. The subject of the contract is described in detail in annex no. 3.1. to the Terms of Reference containing: Description of the subject of the contract. 1.2. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. The quality warranty period will be determined according to the offer evaluation criteria. 1.3. The contracting authority requires that the delivered subject of the contract shall be brand new, show no signs of use, and not be subject to third-party rights. The delivered item will be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and approved for circulation. Furthermore, no element or any of its components will be reconditioned, ex-display, or previously used by another entity, and will have the certificates and attestations required by Polish or EU law. 1.4.
