TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of teaching and therapeutic aids for conducting therapeutic and educational classes. 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of teaching and therapeutic aids (hereinafter referred to as: “Goods”) to two educational facilities as part of the project entitled “DIFFERENT BUT EQUAL – improving the quality of inclusive education at the Complex of Secondary School No. 18, Primary School No. 75 and Primary School No. 9 in Poznań”, co-financed from the European Union funds, under the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the contract – the Subject of the Contract. 3) The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered with rights of third parties, and of high quality. 4) A detailed description of the conditions for performance of the contract has been specified in the Contract Template together with its appendices, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
