TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure is the delivery of preventive meals described in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and the contract – Description of the subject matter of the contract, for the employees of the Ordering Party at the Plant/Installation ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Dylów A, Pajęczno commune, 98-330 Pajęczno. 2. The scope of the provision of delivery of preventive meals shall be carried out on the basis of the contract constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ and Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and the contract. 3. The Contractor declares that the meals supplied under the contract meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1160 as amended), including, among others, that the meals contain approximately 50–55% carbohydrates, 30–35% fats, 15% proteins and an energy value of approximately 1000 kcal. 4. The estimated quantity of meals to be delivered by the Contractor during the term of the contract is 3,519 meals. 5.
