3.3. Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and must be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring possession of approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where in the description of the subject matter of the contract trade marks, patents or origin, source or a special process characterising specific products or services supplied by a particular contractor have been indicated, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner; however, in each such case the Contracting Authority allows an equivalent solution to the one described above. In such cases, any references to trade marks, patents, origin, source or a special process characterising specific products or services supplied by a particular contractor should be read together with the words “or equivalent”.
