3.3. Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and must be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring possession of approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where, in the description of the subject matter of the contract, trade marks, patents or origin, source or a particular process that characterises specific products or services supplied by a particular contractor have been indicated, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in sufficiently precise and understandable manner; however, in each such case the Contracting Authority allows a solution equivalent to those described above. In such cases, any indications of trade marks, patents, origin, source or a particular process that characterises specific products or services supplied by a particular contractor should be read together with the words “or equivalent”.
