5.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of clinical nutrition preparations for a period of 12 months 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 33690000-3 Various medicinal products 33692200-9 Parenteral nutrition products 5.3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the description of the Ordering Party’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance define: 5.3.1. Description of the subject of the contract - assortment-and-price form - Annex No 1 to the SWZ, divided into 4 parts (lots) Lot No 1 – Parenteral nutrition Lot No 2 – Parenteral and enteral nutrition Lot No 3 – Enteral nutrition Lot No 4 – Clinical nutrition 5.3.2. Draft contractual provisions – Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 5.4. The assortment-and-price form constitutes the content of the tender and is not subject to completion.
