Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of deep-frozen products. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 15896000-5 Deep-frozen products A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1, 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Offer Form, Commodity-and-price specifications, the Draft provisions of the contract, and Descriptions of the subject matter of the contract. Justification: The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders because the subject matter of the contract covers successive deliveries of processed deep-frozen products, which require ensuring continuity of deliveries, a uniform level of quality, as well as efficient organization and coordination of contract performance. Dividing the contract into parts and assigning performance to several contractors could make ongoing coordination of deliveries more difficult, in particular with regard to the deadlines, quantities and quality of the delivered products.
