TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of medicinal products for the implementation of chemotherapy and clinical oncology programmes 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products for the implementation of chemotherapy and clinical oncology programmes – Serplulimabum. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract has been specified quantitatively based on the portions, namely: tubes, bottles, ampoules, vials, tablets, etc. The Contractor shall provide medicinal products whose collective packaging does not exceed 100 units and shall exclude for pricing medicinal products referred to as hospital packaging – packs. 4. The Ordering Party allows the replacement of equivalent forms of the medicinal product, e.g.: Solution for infusion, solution for injection, concentrate for preparing a solution for injection, tablets, film-coated tablets, capsules. 5.
