TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products under the B.70 drug programme. 2. Medicinal products offered by Contractors in this procedure must meet the requirements arising from the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws (Dz. U.) of 2026, item 612, as amended), 3. When offering a medicinal product that is included in the list of reimbursed medicines for the purposes of calculating the price, the Contractor must take into account the provisions of Article 9 of the Act of 12.05.2011 on reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2026, item 253, as amended) 4. The offered assortment must be included in the current list of reimbursed medicines, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices and, in addition, available under drug programmes — in accordance with the annex to the Announcement of the Minister of Health on the list of reimbursed medicines, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices. 5.
