TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of dairy products for the Social Welfare Home in Jaromino 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of dairy products for the Social Welfare Home in Jaromino. The detailed assortment-and-quantity list and the requirements regarding the subject of the contract are set out in Appendix No. 2 – the price calculation. 2. The quantity and assortment of deliveries will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The quantities of items provided are indicative and may change (increase or decrease). The Contracting Authority shall have the right to select the quantity of the ordered assortment within the limits defined by the contract value. 3. Deliveries will be made on a successive basis, based on partial orders placed by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority by telephone or email with one day’ notice. Deliveries will take place between 7:00 and 11:00, unless other hours are established otherwise. From Monday to Friday on working days, 2–3 times per week.
