TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products to the 35 WOG, i.e. non-alcoholic beverages intended for the current sustenance of soldiers, conducted pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 4.12.2014 on the free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers serving (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1604 as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on the feeding of active military service soldiers (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1134 as amended), and other legal acts. The subject of the contract is non-alcoholic beverages used for feeding in the canteens of the Responsibility Area of the 35 WOG. A detailed description is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, annex no. 7 to the Terms of the Contract.
