The subject of the contract is: DELIVERY OF UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT ITEMS – FIELD PEAKED CAP 425/MON according to the assortment and quantity list contained in the tender form in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for it are included in the Draft contract provisions (together with attachments) constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Draft contract provisions together with attachments.
