TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of uniform and equipment items – a tank suit in the quantities specified in the contract documents. 2. The subject of the contract must be produced according to the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): 634A/MON, 635/MON (Appendix No. 5) and 814A/MON. 3. The contract items will be subject to quality supervision carried out by the Armament Agency in accordance with AQAP 2110, edition D, version 1. 4. The Contractor will be required, together with its tender, to submit the following item-specific evidence measures: a) Certificate of conformity of the plant patterns with the applicable WDTT and the pattern for serial production issued by the Commander of WOBWSM in Łódź for the tank suit - WDTT 634A/MON, with an issuance deadline after 08.01.2025; b) Product conformity certificate issued by the certifying body (WOBWSM) for: tank suit - WDTT 634A/MON; c) Product conformity certificate issued by the certifying body (WOBWSM) for: aramid special fabric, item UCS-1/1; the fabric used for the production of the tank suit is subject to the IIIrd conformity assessment procedure for products…
