TENDER DESCRIPTION

5.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of infusion fluids for a period of 12 months 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 33692500-2 – Intravenous fluids 5.3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding performance and receipt, specifies: 5.3.1. The description of the subject matter of the contract – the assortment-and-price form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, divided into 7 parts (lots) Lot No. 1 – Infusion fluids part 1 Lot No. 2 – Infusion fluids and for irrigation Lot No. 3 – Multi-electrolyte solution Lot No. 4 – Infusion fluids part 2 Lot No. 5 – Infusion fluids part 3 Lot No. 6 – Infusion fluids part 4 Lot No. 7 – Infusion fluids part 5 5.3.2. Draft provisions of the contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.4. The assortment-and-price form constitutes the content of the tender and is not subject to completion.
