TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is: supply of a magnetic resonance system along with adaptation of the premises. The subject matter of the contract includes the dismantling and disposal of the magnetic resonance system owned by the Contracting Authority, the purchase and delivery of the magnetic resonance system together with equipment, and the preparation of design documentation and construction works related to the installation of the magnetic resonance system as well as the adaptation and modernization of the premises intended for this purpose at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – State Research Institute. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (description of the subject matter of the contract / price form) and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Programme). 1.
