TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a rehabilitation robot for the needs of the project entitled “Creation of Cross-Border Centers for Preventive Examinations in Lubelskie and Volyn Regions”. 2. Under the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the medical equipment forming the subject matter of the contract together with the documents required by the SWZ to the registered office of the Contracting Authority, b) install the medical equipment at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, c) install and start up the medical equipment and confirm the proper functioning of the supplied devices, d) provide training for the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation and rational use of the supplied medical equipment, e) deliver together with the medical equipment operating instructions in the Polish language in electronic and paper form, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the correct operation of the equipment, the rules for providing services by an authorized service provider during the post-warranty period, a list of consumable materials used in the ongoing operation of the subject of…
