TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of various medicinal products, including medicinal products from drug programmes and medical devices (CPV: 33.69.00.00-3, 33.65.21.00-6, 33140000-3 medical materials) for the needs of Copernicus Healthcare Entity Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk, for which the detailed description, range and estimated quantities are set out in the Assortment-and-Price Form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. In the case of assortment specified by means of trade names, the Contracting Authority allows for submission of offers for equivalent assortment in every respect, i.e. as to composition, gramature, scope, spectrum and duration of action, form, function, etc., provided that they guarantee performance of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the assumptions specified in this SWZ. In the case of equivalent assortment, the Contractor is required to specify its trade name, catalogue number and the name of the manufacturer. Demonstration of the equivalence of the offered solution or equivalent solutions rests with the Contractor.
