TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of deep-frozen products. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 15240000-2 Frozen fish, fish fillets and other fish meat; 15232000-3 Salted fish; 15234000-7 Smoked fish; 15240000-2 Canned fish and other preserved or processed fish; 15241200-1 Processed or preserved herring; 15241400-3 Canned tuna. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendices No 1, 1.1, 4 and No 10 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Tender Form, the Assortment-and-Price Specifications, the Draft Contractual Provisions and the Descriptions of the subject matter of the contract. Justification: The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders because the subject matter of the contract covers successive deliveries of fish, which require ensuring continuity of deliveries, a uniform level of quality, and efficient organization and coordination of the performance of the contract.
