TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 unit of a passenger car of the sedan/liftback type, brand-new, unused, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, for the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław. 2. Detailed requirements and the manner of performing the subject matter of the contract have been specified in the Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle for part 1 and in the Draft contract. 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for any options. 1.
