TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of a maximum of 10 marked police vehicles with a body type in category M1, with an electric drive. The working designation of the vehicle is assumed to be “Vehicle”. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract — all requirements for the ordered vehicles are contained in Annex No 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification). 3) The Contractor shall deliver the vehicles to the Ordering Party’s warehouse in Kraków, Mogilska 109 Street. The Contractor bears the transport costs. 4) The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for each delivered vehicle in accordance with the data contained in Annex No 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification), however not shorter than the manufacturer’s warranty. 5) Requirements related to warranty repairs and servicing services are described in Annex No 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification). 6) For each issued vehicle, the Contractor must attach (prepared in Polish) the documents specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification — Section V.1.3). 7) The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documentation by standards, technical evaluations,…
