TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 17 patrol cars as part of the basic order with an option to increase the order by 15 units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the Procuring Entity's requirements is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Procuring Entity, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, foresees the cancellation of the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Procuring Entity intended to allocate for financing the whole or part of the contract are not granted. 1.
