TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a rescue vehicle with a mechanical ladder for the needs of the State Fire Service. 2. The subject of the contract must be executed to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in appendix no. 1A entitled "Description of the contract subject" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding contract execution are also specified in appendix no. 7 to the SWZ entitled "Draft Contract Provisions" (hereinafter also referred to as "PPU"). 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty and guarantee (the guarantee period will be equal to the warranty period) for a minimum of 24 months counted from the day of the actual (final) acceptance - for the subject of the contract along with the equipment without mileage limit on vehicle chassis, superstructure, and installed equipment/supplied accessories. 1.
