TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a rescue vehicle with a mechanical ladder for the needs of the State Fire Service. 2. The subject of the contract must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in annex No. 1A thereto entitled "Description of the subject of the contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are also specified in annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled "Draft Contract Provisions" (hereinafter also referred to as "DCP"). 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty and guarantee (the guarantee period will be equal to the warranty period) for at least 24 months from the date of actual (final) acceptance - on the subject of the contract together with equipment without mileage limits on vehicle chassis, bodywork, and installed equipment/supplied fittings. 1.
