TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a rescue vehicle with a mechanical ladder for the needs of the State Fire Service. 2. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No 1A to it, entitled: “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as “OPZ”) and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract have also been set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ, entitled: “Draft Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as “PPU”). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provides a guarantee and warranty (the warranty period will be equal to the guarantee period) for a period of at least 24 months, counting from the date of actual (final) acceptance—for the subject of the contract together with equipment without any mileage limit for the vehicle chassis, the superstructure, and the installed equipment/supplied equipment. 1.
