TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a rescue vehicle with a mechanical ladder for the needs of the State Fire Service. 2. The subject of the contract must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the ToR, particularly in annex no. 1A titled "Description of the subject of the contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "DoC") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are also specified in annex no. 7 to the ToR entitled "Draft Contract Provisions" (hereinafter also referred to as "DCP"). 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty and guarantee (the guarantee period shall be equal to the warranty period) for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of actual (final) acceptance - for the subject of the contract along with equipment without any mileage limit on vehicle chassis, bodywork, and installed equipment/supplied accessories. 1.
