TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 unit of a brand-new minibus, on the terms described in the terms of reference (“ToR”). Vehicles designated as fire brigade vehicles, equipped with priority signaling, and having equipment which has been specified in the procurement documentation and which the Contractor must install in the vehicle. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1A to the ToR. 3. The delivery and performance conditions of the contract are specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 2 to the ToR (to be implemented, respectively, for the part of the contract). 1.
