TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is "Supply of official vehicles for the Municipal Police of the City of Krakow", ST.RL.261.27.2026. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 91(2) of the Public Procurement Law, it did not divide the contract into parts for technical, organisational and economic reasons. The provision of Article 46(1) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and the provision of Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law do not require a division of the contract, as they set out the Contracting Authority’s right to divide the contract. The decision in this regard is left to the Contracting Authority’s autonomous will, which in this respect considers its needs and requirements. In the Contracting Authority’s view, the lack of division into parts will not breach competition by limiting the ability of smaller entities to apply for the contract, which would be able to perform the contract properly.
