TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a delivery van for the needs of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn 1. The subject of the contract includes the sale and delivery of a factory-new delivery van for the needs of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn, hereinafter referred to as the vehicle, whose detailed description is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the terms of reference, hereinafter referred to as the ToR. 2. The delivered vehicle must comply with European Union standards (CE mark) in the scope of user safety and exhaust emission level, must be free from technical defects, unregistered and unencumbered with rights of third parties or entities, must be approved for trading and use, in accordance with the requirements specified in the ToR. 3. The vehicle shall be delivered to the Transport Base of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn at 16 Kasprzaka Street on the days when the contracting authority is operating, by the contractor on its own responsibility and at its own expense.4.
