TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a passenger car PICK-UP for the needs of OT KOWR in Pruszcz Gdański 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, of a brand-new passenger car of the PICK-UP type, meeting at least the requirements specified in the specification contained in the Form of Tender constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (Table 1 – Specification) and in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. The detailed conditions for performance of the contract are set out in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ – draft contractual provisions.2. The Contractor may offer a vehicle equipped with a manual or automatic gearbox. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender whether it offers a vehicle equipped with a manual or automatic gearbox, in accordance with the provisions of Part XVIII, point 2 of the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is required to offer a vehicle with a warranty for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle for a period of at least 24 months without a mileage limit.
