TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of one brand-new vehicle equipped with a basket lift, with a maximum permissible gross weight (DMC) of up to 3.5 t. Details are included in the SWZ. 1. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract who meet the condition for participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity. The Contractor shall demonstrate that, within the period of the last 3 years prior to the deadline for submission of tenders in the procedure, and if the period of conducting business is shorter, within that period, they have performed at least 2 deliveries of vehicles with a basket lift where the value of the delivery of one vehicle was at least PLN 700,000 gross. In the case of deliveries where the value has been expressed in a contract in a currency other than PLN, the conversion of that currency into PLN shall be made using the NBP average exchange rate as at the date of completion of the delivery (in the case of services settled exclusively in currencies other than PLN). 2.
