TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a computing server with GPU accelerators for artificial intelligence applications — 1 item. 2. The server (hereinafter — the Device) is intended for local (on-premise) operation, fine-tuning and inference of generative artificial intelligence models, in particular generative models for image and video generation (text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video). The Device will be used for the simultaneous loading of models requiring substantial GPU memory (models requiring at least 80 GB VRAM) and for processing training data and storing model checkpoints. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, and a description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance, define: 1) the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter “OPZ”) — Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter “PPU”) — Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.
