TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of servers for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution Authorities. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is specified in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The method for carrying out the subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the drafted contract provisions, which constitute Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The delivery period for the contract, within working days, no later than inclusive by 13.11.2026. By “working days” the Contracting Authority means the days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as understood in the Act of 18 January 1951 on public holidays (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296). 1.
