TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of servers for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution Service. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is specified in detail in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The method of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in detail in the draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 4. The contract performance deadline, in a working day, no later than and including 13.11.2026. By working days, the Contracting Authority means the days from Monday to Friday excluding statutory public holidays in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as defined in the Act of 18 January 1951 on public holidays (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296). 1.
