TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of servers for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 3. The method of implementing the subject of the contract is specified in detail in the draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex No. 3 to the ToR. 4. The order completion deadline is on a working day, no later than 13 November 2026 inclusive. By working days the contracting authority means days from Monday to Friday excluding statutory non-working days in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as defined by the Act of 18 January 1951 on non-working days (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2025, item 296). 1.
