TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of computer servers, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”, for the IT Centre of the University of Gdańsk, with the right of option. 2. The contract includes the delivery of computing servers in quantities: 1) for the basic contract: 3 units, 2) for the contract covered by the right of option: maximum 3 units. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 48822000-6 (computer servers). 4. The Contracting Authority has the possibility to exercise the right of option, consisting in increasing the quantity of equipment ordered under the basic contract, on the terms and in the manner described below: 1) The Contracting Authority may, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, submit to the Contractor orders covered by the right of option, containing specification of the quantity and type of equipment indicated in the tender form – Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, subject to not exceeding the maximum scope of the right of option specified in that appendix, 2) submitting to the Contractor an order covered by the right of option by the authorised Representative of the Contracting Authority referred to in § 12(1)(2), in the…
