TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer servers together with dedicated graphics cards for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. 2 Detailed description of the subject of the contract, quantities and conditions for performance of the contract are included in: 1) Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Price Form 2) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), 3) Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ – Draft contract. 3 The offered items must be complete, with a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and also free from defects in materials, construction and legal defects. 4 The offered items must be permitted for placing on the market and use in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. 5 In all provisions of the SWZ and its appendices in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, or where trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (manufacturer or equipment names) are indicated, pursuant to Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority allows equivalent…
