TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract in Part I is the delivery of servers together with software. 2. Detailed information concerning the description, scope and conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract is defined with regard to Part I of the contract – “Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ)”, constituting Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ, and “Draft contractual provisions to be incorporated into the text of the contract”, constituting Appendix No. 3A to the SWZ. 1.
