TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of servers (2 units), specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: no earlier than 2025), and have the appropriate certificates authorising it for sale and use within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is required to provide free-of-charge warranty service for the equipment. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Registered Office of the Contracting Authority, including unloading and carrying it to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 4) Required time limit for performance of the contract: within 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. The Contractor may shorten the time limit for performance of the contract as compared with the required time limit indicated above.
