TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of telecommunications power supplies, batteries for telecommunications power supplies, and other batteries divided into the following tasks and maximum quantities: Task 1 – Delivery of telecommunications power supplies in a maximum quantity of 21 sets 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract – all requirements for the ordered devices are contained in Annex 2 to the ToR - Description of the Subject of the Contract 3. The contractor shall deliver the devices to the Purchaser's warehouse in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor. 4. The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered devices in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the ToR (Description of the Subject of the Contract), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. 5. The purchaser allows equivalent solutions to those described in the contract documentation, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, pursuant to Article 101 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law. 6.
