TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of telecommunications power systems, batteries for telecommunications power systems and other batteries, in the following breakdown by tasks and in the maximum quantities: Task 1 – Supply of telecommunications power systems in the maximum number of 21 sets 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract – all requirements for the ordered equipment are contained in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract 3. The Contractor shall deliver the equipment to the Purchaser’s warehouse in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109. The cost of transport shall be borne by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered equipment in accordance with the requirements contained in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract), but no shorter than the manufacturer’s warranty. 5. The Purchaser allows solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documentation in the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law. 6.
