TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of salt to MPGK Sp. z o.o. in Katowice in the quantity of: a) 7,000 t (+/- 40%) in the period from the date of signing the contract until 30.10.2027 – season I b) 7,000 t (+/- 40%) in the period from 01.11.2027 to 30.10.2028 – season II The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract within a minimum scope amounting to 60% of the planned quantity of salt for each season, i.e. 4,200 tonnes in season I and 4,200 tonnes in season II, subject to the provisions regarding the option right.
