TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of road stone salt, non-caking, grade DR, for combating winter slipperiness. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of non-caking road stone salt, grade DR, for combating winter slipperiness in an amount of up to 800 Mg. The minimum amount of salt that will be provided to the Contracting Authority under this Agreement is 25 Mg. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performance of the subject of the agreement are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No 6 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out delivery of the subject of the contract within the time limit calculated from the moment of submitting a request by the Contracting Authority, made in any of the following forms: • by telephone, • via SMS message, • electronically (e-mail), within a maximum of 36 hours from the submission of the request. The Contractor may shorten the delivery time to 24 hours or 12 hours. The delivery time is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders.
