The subject matter of the contract is the Supply of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) probes and FFR guidewires for measuring fractional flow reserve compatible with the intravascular ultrasound system INSTRASIGHT 7 (owned by the Contracting Authority) for the team of the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrokardiology Unit at the Holy Cross Voivodeship Centre of Cardiology, Multi-Specialist Hospital in Kielce A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the quantities of the supplied assortment are specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – assortment-and-price form; information regarding the rules for delivery, warranties and remuneration is provided in Annex No 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract for a public procurement procedure under the terms of a deposit.
