TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this procurement procedure is: Supply of specialized medical equipment for specialist clinics in order to improve the quality of healthcare services at the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), in accordance with the type of assortment and the quantities specified in the “Assortment-and-Price Form” constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the “Tender Form,” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and meeting the boundary parameters specified in the Appendix “Technical Parameters” - Appendix 1a to the Tender Form and in accordance with the Appendix “Warranty and Service Conditions” - Appendix 1b to the Tender Form. 2.
