TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of this tender procedure is: Supply of specialized medical equipment for specialist clinics in order to improve the quality of healthcare services at the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the “Equipment”), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the “Assortment-and-Price Form” constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the “Tender Form”, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and meeting the boundary parameters specified in the attachment “Technical Parameters” - Annex 1a to the Tender Form and in accordance with the attachment “Warranty and Service Conditions” - Annex 1b to the Tender Form. 2.
