TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of part 1 of the contract is the supply, installation, and commissioning of a gas chromatography system with a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer (QQQ) intended for the determination of pesticide residues in water, as well as training on operation for the Contracting Authority's staff. The subject of the contract should be free of physical and legal defects, complete, brand new, manufactured not earlier than the 4th quarter of 2025, operational, and not previously used as a demo or exhibition. It should come from mass production, be unmodified, not refurbished, not reprocessed, not upgraded, and delivered complete. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's headquarters, at their own cost and risk, including unloading, carrying into the designated room, and setting up at the installation site. The device must be installed, commissioned, and configured at the final installation location.
